Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order after it has been placed. An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to the courier and is in transit to the provided address. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time refers to the total transit time after the order has been handed over to the courier. This may vary depending on various factors, especially your geographical location. Below are the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:
🇪🇺 Europe: 4- 6 business days
🇬🇧 UK: 7-9 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 8-10 business days
Please note that during peak periods and holidays, couriers may experience delays in transit times and tracking updates, situations that are beyond our control. If the product is shipped internationally, there may be unexpected customs delays, which could prolong the delivery time.
Order Modifications and Correct Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays in processing or order cancellation. If issues are detected in the system with the provided address, our support team will send an email within 3 business days to verify the details. If no response is received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in the shipping information, please contact us by email at support@vidacalma.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible after this period.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to lose a package or have it stolen during shipping. However, once the package has been handed over to our couriers, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@vidacalma.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to initiate a claim process. Most couriers have a specific process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information to complete the procedure. We will also reach out to the courier to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note that VidaCalma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and our refund policy does not cover such situations. However, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
