Refund Policy – VidaCalma
At VidaCalma, we are committed to offering products designed to help you achieve maximum well-being. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days, and within 30 days covered by our “Satisfaction Guarantee,” we invite you to contact us via email at support@vidacalma.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any modifications or cancellations of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifying or canceling the order may not be possible as it may already be in processing. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days to experience the full benefits. If after this period you are still not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us by filling out the form in the “Contact Us” section on our website or by sending an email to support@vidacalma.com. Kindly provide your Order Number, Name, and Email Address used for the purchase to expedite the process.
Damaged Products
We take great care in packaging our products to avoid damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged only if it has a defect or is broken. Damage to the external packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with the product in intact condition is not considered product damage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to support@vidacalma.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will verify if you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for any delays due to factors outside of our control, such as courier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, it will not be possible to request a reshipment or refund.
